At CIRCUS Store we are proud of the quality of our products. However, if a defective product passes our quality control, or is damaged during shipping, we will be held responsible.
Conditions
We only offer money back to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at circus.customer@gmail.com, with photos of your article and we will find a solution.
As stated in the terms and conditions of your purchase, Colin Grey new man does not process refunds for change of mind.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene purposes.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pics of the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

I have not received my credit card refund. What can I do?
Usually, it takes 10-20 business days, after the resolution dispute, varying with different Banks. Wait 10-20 business days to check the bank statement and if, after carefully checking the bank statement or bill, you still have not received the refund after 20 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team circus.customer@gmail.com
