Shipping policy

CIRCUS Store maintains a certain number of shipping policies. As our client, it is up to you make sure that all the delivery information that you provide is correct. If we encounter missing or incorrect information, we will contact you to update the information, which in turn may cause delays.

Delays may also happen due to custom clearance issues. For example, your local customs office may require additional time or documents to clear your package. In this case, your package may be delivered by a local courier or post office personnel. If, for whatever reason, they cannot deliver your package, then they may send you a notice card that will require you to pick up your item from their office.

 

Efficient Delivery for Great Products

The time frame for our order deliveries are divided into two parts. The first part is the “Processing Time,” which involves the following activities:

  • Order verification
  • Quality Checks
  • Packaging

 

Important: While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and within schedule, please bear in mind there’s always a risk of you order not arriving your doorstep in time. We send items to all over the world.

 

Costs

  •  International free shipping for products over $ 20 usd.
  •  Products up to $ 19.99 have a charge of $ 3 usd per shipping.

 We will not make any reshipping arrangements in the event that your packages are returned due to wrong addresses or incomplete addresses.

 

Time

Total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or item. Larger orders will naturally take longer. We normally take 2-3 business days to process your order. However, please note that processing time may also be affected by individual item stock status, time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order may take 4-5 business days to process and ship. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has already been delivered to the carrier.

Note: If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be. It is not possible to change the address once the order has been placed.

The time for the International shipping is between 12 up to 30 days, withs some variables like:

  • If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the delivery time is available from the next business day of the confirmation of your payment.
  • You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 pm count as the same day; any request that occurs after 4:00 p.m. it will be counted at its official delivery time from the next day.
  • If there is a storm, an accident or some other unfortunate problem then your delivery may be delayed, but such problems are infrequent and rarely delay our deliveries. So although we do not have set delivery dates, we always strive to make our deliveries ahead of time.

Items lost or damaged during shipping

 If the order was shipped this is what you should do:

  • Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  • If the shipping address is correct and the order has still not reached its destination, inform us of the problem and our customer service team will help you find a solution. We send you the tracking number of the package to know the location of the package.
  • In addittion, ask for your order at your local post office.

 

Items damaged during shipping

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to circus.customer@gmail.com, immediately receive the product, with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible.
